Foresight News 消息，据西班牙媒體 Cinco Días 報導，由歐洲大型銀行組成的穩定幣發行機構 Qivalis 成員已擴大至 12 家，目前正與加密貨幣交易所、做市商及流動性提供商進行談判，以確保其歐元穩定幣在 2026 年下半年推出首日即可在多個平台上線。
該財團成員現包括 CaixaBank、Banca Sella、BNP Paribas、Danske Bank、DekaBank、DZ BANK、ING、KBC、Raiffeisen Bank International、SEB、UniCredit 及 BBVA。其中 BBVA 於 2 月正式加入該財團，並宣布放棄其原有的獨立穩定幣計畫，旨在透過行業協作產生規模效應。
該穩定幣將 1:1 挂钩歐元，其儲備金中至少 40% 將存放於高信用評級的銀行存款中，其餘 60% 將投資於多元化的歐元區短期主權債券，以確保 24 小時可贖回性。Qivalis 旨在為歐盟提供受監管的本土替代方案，重點應用於企業間跨境即時支付。
