According to Jin10, on July 15, the U.S. dollar to Chinese yuan midpoint exchange rate adjusted to 6.7910, down 80 points, reflecting yuan appreciation. The euro to yuan midpoint rose to 7.7491, up 124 points, while the pound sterling to yuan rate climbed to 9.0839, up 118 points. The Australian dollar to yuan and Canadian dollar to yuan rates also strengthened, rising 291 and 218 points respectively.
