Korea Insurance Training Institute Announces 3 AI Education Solutions on July 9

According to Yonhapinfomax, the Korea Insurance Training Institute announced the completion of three major AI-powered education solutions on July 9, marking what president Ha Tae-kyung called the institute's "Year One of AI Digital Transformation" on its 61st anniversary. The three solutions are AI Sales Coach, AI Exam Generation, and AI LXP (Learning Experience Platform).

The AI Sales Coach enables insurance planners to conduct real-time roleplay consultations with AI customers and receive instant feedback on compliance adherence. The AI Exam Generation tool, powered by a specialized insurance-focused language model (SLLM), has completed development following extensive training and fine-tuning. The AI LXP provides personalized recommendations, learning analytics, and AI-driven feedback using accumulated training data to differentiate itself from standard educational platforms.
