Dunamu, operator of cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, signed a memorandum of understanding with Seoul City on July 9 to strengthen financial literacy and digital asset education for youth, the company announced on July 10.
The partnership will launch an 'Upclass' educational program in Seoul youth centers in August, covering topics including Bitcoin and blockchain, digital asset fraud prevention, and emerging financial instruments like stablecoins and real-world assets (RWA). Seoul City will contribute its youth policy infrastructure while Dunamu provides digital asset and fintech educational content.
