According to Jinlian and Jin10 Futures, on July 20, China's gasoline and diesel prices are forecast to rise 450 yuan/ton, with the adjustment window set for July 31 at 24:00. The crude oil price change rate reached 9.54%, with reference oil types averaging $85.30 per barrel. Regional markets, including Shandong independent refineries and East/South/North/Central China regions, showed upward momentum following weekend crude gains, supported by favorable international oil price movements.
