According to Chuangci Insights, China's gasoline and diesel retail prices will increase by 0.24–0.25 yuan and 0.25 yuan per liter, respectively, at midnight on July 17. A 50-liter fuel tank will cost an additional 12 yuan to fill. The increases affect 92-octane gasoline, 95-octane gasoline, and 0-grade diesel.
Chuangci Insights predicts the next pricing adjustment window on July 31 will see another potential 300 yuan per ton increase, as crude oil price changes are expected to turn positive. Short-term international oil prices will fluctuate around developments in U.S.-Iran negotiations.
