According to Bitcoin.com News, on July 27, 2026, Bitcoin's BIP-110 proposal signaling reached 2.64% as roughly 1,790 blocks remain before the mandatory signaling window opens on August 9 at block 961,632. Ocean mining pool and smaller independent operations lead signaling efforts, while major pools Foundry, Antpool, ViaBTC, and F2pool have shown little movement. Foundry, representing 23-33% of global hashrate, is letting clients vote on whether to signal support, with a 51% weighted hashrate threshold required to activate signaling.
