According to Jin10 and Russian media reports on July 5, Russian enterprises including Glonass Corporation and Element Corporation jointly developed a drone identification system called 'Red Button' that can force civilian unmanned aerial vehicles to land in emergencies. The system uses Russia's Glonass global positioning system to track drones and functions without cellular network signals. When emergency situations or flight violations occur, regulators can transmit encrypted commands to force the drone to land. The system is designed to prevent unauthorized data tampering. Testing has been completed, with plans to extend the technology to autonomous vehicles, particularly autonomous trucks.
