Cobo Launches Adoption Clearing Layer (ACL) for Multi-Chain Payment Incentives

Gate News message, April 16 — Cobo, a digital asset custody and wallet solutions provider, has launched the Adoption Clearing Layer (ACL), an incentive settlement platform designed for public blockchains, stablecoin issuers, and payment institutions.

The ACL provides multi-chain payment routing and incentive settlement capabilities, linking ecosystem incentive budgets directly to real transaction volumes. Aptos and Morph are among the first partners, with participants earning up to 15 basis points in rebates per transaction. The platform aims to increase on-chain transaction volumes for ecosystems while providing sustainable revenue streams for payment providers.
