3 月 13 日，川普的核心圈子裡傳出了一個耐人尋味的聲音。David Sacks，就是被川普親自欽點、掌管 AI 與加密政策的「加密沙皇」，在 All-In Podcast 上表示美國應該「宣告勝利，然後撤出」。
他警告，如果繼續打下去，結果會是「catastrophic」災難性的。
他在怕什麼？
David Sacks 說的後續發展，聽起來真的很嚇人。
他表示伊朗若要報復，最直接的目標是海灣國家的石油設施，以及海水淡化廠。
阿拉伯半島大約有 1 億人口，喝的水來自海水淡化。一旦設施被打，不是電費漲、不是油價跳，是人沒水喝。這不是戰爭升級，這是中東的人道危機。
繼續打，輸的不是戰局，而是整個中東的穩定，然後是全球能源，然後是每個人的荷包。
所以他的主張很清楚，美國找破口進行停火協議，談完，走人。

這場衝突爆發之後，BTC 一度跌破 63,000 美元，加密市場整個龜縮。但就在川普 3 月 13 日發布「勝利訊號」之後，BTC 馬上反彈逼近 74,000 美元，單日漲超過 5%。
市場根本不在乎誰贏了戰爭，市場只在乎這場衝突什麼時候結束。
現在 David Sacks 公開喊撤，等於是往停火方向又推了一把。分析師的說法是，如果美國停火真的成真，BTC 有機會衝上 72,000 到 80,000 美元。
「沙皇說別打了」這句話，比很多鏈上資料還直接影響行情。
當然，川普自己還沒有明確宣布停火。David Sacks 是白宮顧問，還不是管軍事的，不是決定的大咖。但他願意在公開節目上講這種話，本身就是個訊號，白宮內部已經有人在計算退場成本了。
美國是不是後悔了？不知道。反正川普家做空還是能賺。
