U.S. Stocks Close Mixed on Monday; Dow Up 0.5%, Semiconductor Stocks Fall

According to ChainCatcher, U.S. stocks closed on Monday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average closing up 0.5%, while the S&P 500 rose 0.02% and the Nasdaq fell 0.18%, according to Gate's market data.

Semiconductor stocks led declines, with SK Hynix down 7.5%, SanDisk down 11%, Nvidia down 5%, and Micron down 2%. Apple gained 1%, with its market value approaching 5 trillion dollars.
