U.S. Proposes Investigation into Chinese AI Companies; Beijing Opposes as Politically Motivated

The spokesperson said the investigation represents "typical AI hegemonianism" and criticized Washington for politicizing tech trade issues despite Chinese AI models being competitive or superior in certain areas.
