Three Industrial Leaders Hit Decade-Low Valuations as AI Hype Overshadows Traditional Stocks

CPRT-2.87%
ROL-0.73%
OTIS1.51%
According to The Motley Fool, as artificial intelligence and semiconductor stocks dominate market attention, three industrial leaders have dropped to decade-low valuations, presenting potential long-term investment opportunities. Copart (CPRT), the largest online vehicle auction platform, has fallen 42% from its 52-week high and trades at 21 times free cash flow, its lowest level since 2017. Rollins (ROL), North America's leading pest control service provider, has declined 35% and now trades at 33 times free cash flow, the cheapest since 2015. Otis (OTIS), the world's largest elevator manufacturer, has dropped 29% from its 52-week peak and trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 19 times, the lowest since its 2020 listing. Analysts suggest these valuations may have overshot downside risks, particularly given these companies' stable cash flows and business resilience.
