According to Beating, Ollama, an open-source model tool, completed a Series B funding round of $65 million, with Theory Ventures leading and Benchmark, 8VC, and Y Combinator participating. The company's total funding now reaches $88 million.

Ollama currently serves 8.9 million developers and is used by 85% of Fortune 500 companies. The platform's cloud service is growing rapidly, with token usage doubling monthly. The new capital will be directed toward hybrid local and cloud inference, first-day support for new models, and expanding cloud services.
