MORN2.83%
According to Morningstar DBRS, Belgium's credit outlook was recently downgraded to negative due to weak fiscal prospects, though the agency maintained the country's AA credit rating. The rating remains eight notches above junk grade and higher than those of four competing institutions used by the European Central Bank for collateral assessment. Belgium is expected to continue running the eurozone's largest fiscal deficit within the forecast period.
