JPMorgan: AI Investment Frenzy Cools as Investors Grow More Discerning

SK Hynix-0.27%
According to Guru Club, on July 10, JPMorgan asset management strategist David Lebowitz said investors are becoming more discerning about AI investments, moving away from indiscriminately buying anything related to AI. Lebowitz noted that investors are now differentiating risk and reward within the AI supply chain, with data center operations offering more structural support than chip manufacturing. He warned that chip and hardware sectors face potential oversupply risks. SK Hynix shares fell over 20% from their June peak, though the stock remains up more than double year-to-date.
