iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings expects first-half revenue of approximately $27 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, down 2% from $27.6 million in H1 2025. The CFD trading provider added 19% more new clients and saw active users rise 8%, though average revenue per user declined 9%, offsetting customer growth.
Adjusted EBITDA on a constant-currency basis reached $4.2 million, but reported EBITDA fell to $2.4 million as the Israeli shekel strengthened against the U.S. dollar. The currency movement created an approximately $1.8 million negative variance, since most operating expenses are paid in shekels while financial results are reported in dollars.
