CSRC Issues 5 Supplementary Disclosure Requirements for Zhefer Intelligent's Hong Kong IPO on July 10

According to CSRC, on July 10, Zhefer Intelligent received supplementary disclosure requirements regarding its proposed Hong Kong stock listing. Regulators require the company to provide evidence on historical capital increases and equity transfer pricing, potential pricing anomalies, possible interest transfers, and compliance with capital contribution obligations. Additionally, CSRC requests clarification on employee share holding platforms, shareholder share encumbrances, and compliance with foreign investment restrictions. The company also must address pre-listing share transfers within 12 months and related tax documentation. Zhefer Intelligent, a leading battery thermal safety solution provider, submitted its IPO application to Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 4, with China Nanhua Capital as the sole sponsor.
