BitDelta Secures UAE Category 5 License, Opens Dubai Office on July 20

BitDelta Securities received full regulatory approval to operate as an introducing broker in the United Arab Emirates on May 12, 2026, as formally announced on July 20. The company was granted a Category 5 licence by the UAE Capital Market Authority under licence number 20200000439.

The approval permits BitDelta Securities to introduce eligible retail and professional clients to regulated international brokers offering foreign exchange, commodities, equities, ETFs, futures, options and other products. However, the licence does not permit direct trade execution, customer-fund management, or custody services. BitDelta has opened an office at Tamani Arts Offices in Dubai's Business Bay to support client onboarding, compliance and broker partnerships across the UAE and wider Gulf region.
