According to Bernstein, the firm raised Robinhood's price target to $160 from $130 on Monday, citing prediction markets as a key growth driver. Bernstein expects prediction market revenue to reach $1.7 billion by 2028 at a 64% compound annual growth rate, with Q2 2026 potentially marking the first quarter in which prediction markets surpass crypto as a revenue line for Robinhood. The analyst models roughly $150 million in prediction market revenue for the quarter, compared to about $104 million in Q1, while simultaneously cutting its 2026 crypto trading revenue estimate by 49% due to softer-than-expected industry volumes. Robinhood's Rothera exchange, a CFTC-licensed prediction venue launched in May, has processed over 3.5 billion contracts since going live and became the fourth-largest prediction platform by volume within a month.
