Regulated European asset manager CoinShares partners with Kiln to launch its first on-chain asset management strategy based on the Kiln Railnet protocol. This marks the first time a fully regulated European asset manager has combined DeFi protocol yields with tokenized real-world asset (RWA) yields to create an institutional-grade product. The diversified strategy encompasses six major yield sources, including DeFi lending, institutional secured lending, tokenized bond funds, and basis trading. CEO Jean-Marie Mognetti stated that this initiative puts the company's hybrid finance concept into practice, integrating traditional finance and decentralized finance within a framework compliant with AIFMD and MiFID regulations.
