Honestly, the NFP always moves the market, yes or yes. If the data comes out strong, the dollar rises, and we usually see pressure on crypto. If the data is weaker, the market takes a breather, and the effect is quickly noticeable.
Personally, I don't try to guess the movement beforehand; I prefer to wait for the reaction and follow the trend. That's where the best opportunities are usually found.
