U.S. non-farm employment data for December and January revised downward, a total decrease of 69,000 jobs

Gate News: On March 6, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics released revised data, showing that non-farm payroll employment for December was adjusted from an increase of 48,000 to a decrease of 17,000, and for January from an increase of 130,000 to 126,000. After revisions, the total new jobs for December and January decreased by 69,000 compared to the original figures.
