The negotiations are ongoing and do not involve equity acquisitions or similar transactions to enter the U.S. market.
The second exchange is pursuing its U.S. market entry through a separate entity led by former co-CEO Helen Liu. The effort involves an undisclosed local partner providing licensing and compliance support, while the exchange itself contributes technology, products, and liquidity.
