The Ministry of State Security warns: Token scams are occurring frequently; you may be involved in illegal financial activities or be exploited by overseas intelligence agencies

Gate News update, April 7, the Ministry of State Security recently issued a notice warning that all kinds of Token scams are springing up one after another, using “hoarding Tokens can get rich overnight” and “making profits by trading off-exchange” as gimmicks. Such conduct not only appears to involve illegal financial activities, but also may be used by overseas intelligence agencies for data theft and capital infiltration, endangering national economic security. The Ministry of State Security emphasized that Tokens are not investment products; the main risks at present include Token leakage and hijacking, forged tampering and alteration, and fraud traps. The Ministry of State Security reminds the public not to participate in illegal cryptocurrency trading. If you encounter a scam or discover illegal activity, you should promptly report it to the relevant authorities.
