Empery Digital sold 370 BTC last week and released 1,800 BTC in collateral

Gate News message, April 1, Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital disclosed that it sold 370 bitcoins last week, for total proceeds of about $24.7 million. Its current bitcoin holdings have also fallen to 2,989. In addition, Empery Digital announced that it has fully repaid its term loan recently using the funds raised through a share placement and by selling part of its bitcoins. The company said that after repaying the loan, it will reduce ongoing interest expense and release about 1,800 bitcoins that had previously been held as collateral, thereby strengthening its balance sheet.
