On August 14, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources, in order to further optimize the spatial layout of land in rural areas, the natural resources system will continue to promote the comprehensive consolidation of land in the whole region, and on the premise of maintaining the overall stability of the spatial layout, all localities are allowed to carry out local fine-tuning and overall optimization of rural land development and utilization. The Ministry of Natural Resources stressed that all localities should give full play to the role of the platform for comprehensive land consolidation, comprehensively use relevant policy tools, promote the equal exchange and two-way flow of urban and rural elements, and optimize the spatial layout of land in rural areas. In view of the disordered spatial layout in rural areas, under the premise of maintaining the “three districts and three lines” and the overall stability of the spatial layout, the land development and utilization mode can be fine-tuned and optimized in combination with the territorial spatial planning.
