It also holds approximately 25.4 million USD in cash and has no institutional-level debt. However, due to the overall decline in the crypto market, Forward Industries disclosed a digital asset loss of 560.2 million USD and a digital asset impairment of 33 million USD for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026.
