BlockBeats News, February 12 — Nicholas Peach, Head of iShares Asia-Pacific at BlackRock, stated at the Hong Kong Consensus Conference that if only 1% of traditional investment portfolios in Asia are allocated to cryptocurrencies, it could theoretically bring in nearly 2 trillion US dollars in new capital inflows. As acceptance of crypto ETFs increases among Asian institutions, some allocation models have already recommended small proportions of crypto investments. Based on Asia’s household wealth of approximately 108 trillion US dollars, even a conservative allocation would have a profound impact.
