From March 3 to 4, 2025, the Gate Charity team, in collaboration with Mai Anh School for the Hearing Impaired in Linh Thong Province, Vietnam, conducted art classes, bringing a warm and creative charity event to 150 special children. Founded in 2006, the school was initially established as a class specifically for hearing-impaired children. In 2010, the school was renamed "Special Needs Class" with the aim of expanding its service scope to support more children with different special needs, particularly focusing on caring for and assisting children with autism. As one of the 14 social welfare institutions in Linh Thong Province, the school helps children better integrate into society through professional education, enabling them to embark on their own futures.
On campus, Gate Charity volunteers embark on an artistic journey with the children. The event carefully prepared painting tools and colored clay, guiding the children to freely depict the world in their hearts through engaging teaching, allowing them to express their creativity in their favorite colors. In addition, the children also received gifts from Gate Charity, filled with beautiful expectations for the future.
This event not only built a bridge for children to express themselves but also enhanced their social confidence through interaction. Gate Charity hopes to use art as a medium to inspire their enthusiasm and help them better integrate into society.
