Zhengzhijun notes that after the Central Fourth Guidance Group has entered to conduct the learning and education on establishing and practicing the correct performance view, Yunnan will dispatch, at the provincial level, a supervisory team to conduct that same learning and education on establishing and practicing the correct performance view.

According to Yunnan Daily, on April 3, a training meeting for the provincial supervisory group for the learning and education on establishing and practicing the correct performance view was held in Yunnan. The meeting announced the list of the team leader and deputy team leaders of the provincial supervisory group, as well as their task assignments.

The meeting emphasized that supervision work must adhere to the correct direction, grasp the theme, overall requirements, approaches, and key target groups of the learning education, and carry out supervision in a precise and forceful manner—focusing on role models, focusing on current issues, and focusing on making notifications.

The Yunnan Provincial Party Committee has decided that four provincial supervisory groups will conduct learning education supervision work in 12 localities and units. They are as follows:

• Kunming, Yuxi, Baoshan, Honghe;

• the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Provincial Department of Commerce, the Provincial Department of Natural Resources, and the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment;

• the Provincial Kanglv Holding Group and Fudian Bank;

• Kunming Medical University (including its affiliated hospitals) and Southwest Forestry University.

At present, the learning and education on establishing and practicing the correct performance view is being carried out throughout the Party.

The “Notice on Carrying Out the Learning and Education on Establishing and Practicing the Correct Performance View in the Whole Party,” issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, mentions that the learning education will focus on leadership groups at the county level and above and leading cadres, especially the “top leader,” and will start after the 2026 Spring Festival holiday, with the basic wrap-up by the end of July.

The learning education will earnestly implement work arrangements such as study and discussion, identifying problems, rectification and improvement, establishing rules and regulations, and educating the public in an open manner.

In recent days, the central and national organs and various localities have been carrying out the learning and education on establishing and practicing the correct performance view in a solid and effective manner.

Recently, in order to effectively convey pressure and promote the resolution of problems, the CPC Central Committee has decided that the eight central guidance groups for the learning and education on establishing and practicing the correct performance view will carry out guidance and supervision for the learning education in 20 localities and units.

According to Zhengzhijun’s review, all 20 localities and units have now welcomed the central guidance groups.

• Central Guidance Group 1: stationed in Shanxi and Jiangxi; team leader is Xu Lingyi.

• Central Guidance Group 2: stationed in Shandong and Liaoning; team leader is Che Jun.

• Central Guidance Group 3: stationed in Guangxi and Hainan; team leader is Huang Ming.

• Central Guidance Group 4: stationed in Guizhou and Yunnan; team leader is Zhang Yijiong.

• Central Guidance Group 5: stationed in the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, and the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives; team leader is E Jingping.

• Central Guidance Group 6: stationed in China Life Insurance, China Development Bank? and China Export-Import Bank?; team leader is Fu Ziying.

• Central Guidance Group 7: stationed in Sinochem, China Baowu Steel, and China First Heavy Industries; team leader is Miao Wei.

• Central Guidance Group 8: stationed in Wuhan University, Central South University, and Nankai University; team leader is Wang Zhigang.

Among them, the central guidance group stationed in Yunnan Province is the Central Fourth Guidance Group.

At the meeting held on April 2, Zhang Yijiong, the team leader of the Central Fourth Guidance Group, said that Party organizations at all levels in Yunnan should “truly strengthen their self-consciousness and firm determination to carry out the learning education, and take the courage to face problems head-on and turn the blade inward so as to carry out the learning education well.”

On April 3, Yunnan held a training meeting for the provincial supervisory group for the learning and education on establishing and practicing the correct performance view.

The meeting mentioned that supervision should be genuinely and effectively focused on promoting a genuine and solid improvement in ideological understanding, rectifying prominent problems, and setting up sound systems and rules, so as to ensure the learning education goes deep and achieves solid results.

Zhengzhijun also notes that, besides Yunnan, Tibet has also already set up supervisory groups.

Recently, the Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region decided to form five supervisory groups to provide guidance and supervision for 16 localities and units.

Right on April 1, the Tibet Autonomous Region held a training and work coordination meeting for the supervision of the learning and education on establishing and practicing the correct performance view, providing training for members of the supervisory groups and coordinating the learning education work across the entire region.

The meeting mentioned that the supervisory groups should pool their efforts and put in strong drive to promote improvement in ideological understanding, rectify prominent problems, and establish sound systems and rules, so as to achieve effective results in the learning education through high-quality guidance and supervision.
