ServiceNow CEO:AI恐惧掩盖客户支出增长

CryptoWorld News reports that, according to Benzinga, ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott said that AI fears are masking the real picture of customer spending growth. McDermott noted on the earnings call that customers are shifting from AI experiments to broader deployments. He emphasized that ServiceNow operates within a $600 billion+ addressable market, and that first-quarter subscription revenue grew 19% in constant currency. McDermott also mentioned that enterprise customers are still excited about AI, but many are confused—buyers want to understand the capabilities and limitations of AI models. The company expects subscription revenue in 2026 to be between $15.74 billion and $15.78 billion. McDermott said that ServiceNow’s AI commitments this year will reach $1.5 billion, up from the previous target of $1 billion.
