CAIS 2026 will host the AI Agents and Data Systems Workshop

AIMPACT News, April 25 (UTC+8), the AI Agents and Data Systems Workshop (CAIS 2026), initiated and encouraged by Jeff Dean, will be held on May 26, 2026, at the ACM Conference on AI and Autonomous Systems in San Jose, California. Core topics include productionizing agent workloads, optimizing agent semantics, designing data systems for agents, and leveraging agents to optimize systems themselves. Organizers come from Columbia University, UC Berkeley, Mozilla AI, Databricks, and Bauplan Labs. Confirmed speakers include CMU professor Andy Pavlo and ClickHouse CEO Aaron Katz.
