Focusing on sustainable development, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank will deepen cooperation with the International Cooperation Department.

On April 23, reporters learned from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank that on April 22, the AIIB and the China International Development Cooperation Agency reached a consensus to sign a “Memorandum of Understanding Supplementary Agreement,” which will further deepen cooperation between the two sides in the fields of sustainable development, capacity building, and project collaboration.

The two sides reached this cooperation intention during the third high-level meeting of the Global Shared Development Action Forum. Previously, the two sides had signed relevant cooperation agreements to support AIIB-related projects in conducting local vocational skills training. (Xinhua News Agency)
