Seeing the trending topic "Hmm, because I didn't fill out EVUS, I couldn't go to the US" really makes me want to laugh.
Anyone with a little common sense about going to the US knows:
1. Travel agencies must fill it out: These trips usually have professional agents handling it, and EVUS, which can be done in two minutes, is an essential step that the agency wouldn't miss.
2. Boarding check: If EVUS isn't approved, you won't even get your boarding pass at the domestic airport counter, and there's no way you'll fly over and then claim you "didn't make it."
Stop using "carelessness" as an excuse; this kind of explanation is most likely just covering up some undisclosed real reason.
We're all adults, so there's no need to pay this kind of IQ tax. 😢
