Over a thousand high-quality positions! The first large-scale job fair of 2026 in Zhenjiang District, "Million Talents Gathering in Southern Guangdong," was successfully held.

Warm spring breezes bring prosperity to all industries; the spring breeze of employment warms people’s hearts. To promote the precise implementation of employment and entrepreneurship policies, fully support stable jobs and retention, and create smooth employment and entrepreneurship channels for returning residents, the Shaoguan City Zhenjiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently hosted the “2026 Million Talents Gathering in Southern Guangdong Spring Breeze Job Fair” at Fengdu Square.

This job fair attracted 62 high-quality companies, including BYD Shaoguan, offering over 1,400 positions across various fields such as technology research and development, marketing, and administrative management, effectively meeting diverse job seekers’ needs. The event was lively, with over 3,000 attendees and nearly 3,500 promotional materials distributed. Job seekers, holding carefully prepared resumes, moved between company booths, actively communicating with recruiters to learn about job requirements, salary packages, and career development opportunities. According to statistics, 225 people initially expressed employment intentions.

The event also featured live online job postings, with over 7,000 online job selections, achieving coordinated efforts between online and offline platforms. Through this innovative approach, the event showcased a large number of quality positions, provided systematic explanations of employment policies, and offered targeted matching services, building an efficient and convenient platform for recruitment and job seeking.

Additionally, a dedicated policy consultation area was set up at the scene, where staff provided face-to-face policy explanations and employment guidance, detailing support policies such as employment and entrepreneurship subsidies, entrepreneurship guarantee loans, social security subsidies, and more, helping the public take the first step toward employment and entrepreneurship.

A relevant official from Zhenjiang District stated that moving forward, Zhenjiang District will continue to strengthen efforts, deeply align with the employment needs of enterprises and residents, actively build precise channels for job seekers and employers to connect, continuously optimize employment services, host diverse recruitment activities, innovate recruitment methods, and strive to achieve fuller and higher-quality employment.
