Bilibili achieves its first full-year profit, with a net income of nearly 1.2 billion yuan, and daily active users increase to 112 million.
Rui Finance Wang Min On March 5th, Bilibili-W (HK:09626) (hereinafter referred to as “Bilibili”) released its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
The announcement shows that in 2025, Bilibili achieved its first full-year profit under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
For the full year of 2025, Bilibili’s total net revenue reached 30.348 billion yuan, a 13.1% increase year-over-year; net profit was 1.191 billion yuan, compared to a net loss of 1.36 billion yuan in the same period of 2024; adjusted net profit was 2.588 billion yuan, compared to an adjusted net loss of 38.955 million yuan in 2024.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Bilibili’s total net revenue was 8.32 billion yuan, up 8% year-over-year; advertising revenue was 3.04 billion yuan, a 27% increase; net profit was 514 million yuan, a 478% increase; adjusted net profit was 878 million yuan, up 94%.
Regarding user data, in 2025, the year-over-year growth rate of daily active users (DAU) increased each quarter, with the total DAU approaching 112 million for the year, and monthly active users (MAU) exceeding 368 million, both achieving 8% year-over-year growth; meanwhile, average daily usage time increased to 108 minutes, up 6 minutes from 2024.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the average daily active users reached 113 million, a 10% increase year-over-year; MAU reached 366 million, an 8% increase. The average daily usage time per active user increased to 107 minutes, up 8% year-over-year.
