Zhongji Xuanchuang Launches Hong Kong IPO Pre-roadshow Targeting up to $8 Billion Fundraising on July 20

According to Smart Finance, China-based optical interconnect leader Zhongji Xuanchuang (300308.SZ) launched its Hong Kong stock exchange pre-roadshow on July 20 after passing the exchange's main board listing hearing on July 17. The company is targeting a maximum fundraising of $8 billion (approximately 6.24 billion Hong Kong dollars) and is expected to begin bookbuilding as early as this week. If the IPO proceeds successfully, Zhongji Xuanchuang would become the largest IPO on the Hong Kong market since Alibaba's listing in 2019.
