Zepto Eyes $1.1B IPO in July After Receiving SEBI Approval

According to YourStory, Zepto plans to launch a 110 billion rupees ($1.14 billion) IPO in July after receiving approval from India's market regulator SEBI in May. The company filed its draft papers through the confidential route in December 2025 and is expected to submit an updated prospectus, targeting a listing before July 31.

Zepto operates 1,255 dark stores across 61 cities, compared with rival Blinkit's 2,222 stores in 243 cities. The company raised $450 million in October 2025 at a $7 billion valuation, reaching unicorn status in 2023.
