According to U.S. Central Command, the U.S. military struck 140 Iranian targets during the night of July 12, as part of an intensifying campaign. The command reported that operations on July 9 and July 8 nights targeted 90 and 80 objectives respectively. Early on July 13, the U.S. military conducted additional strikes on dozens of targets across multiple locations, with the expanding scope of attacks now reaching inland Iranian territory beyond the Strait of Hormuz coastal areas.
