UK Pledges 300 Million Euros and 16 Aircraft to Ukraine; Russia Attacks 6 Tankers in 24 Hours

On July 17, UK Prime Minister Starmer announced 300 million euros in military support and 16 advanced aircraft for Ukraine, delivered through collaboration with Sweden, according to government statements. The commitment aims to strengthen Ukraine's air defense capabilities amid ongoing Russian attacks.

Ukrainian forces conducted strikes on six Russian oil tankers and two tugboats in the Black Sea and Azov Sea. Additionally, Ukraine's port authority confirmed that Russia conducted 23 attacks on Ukrainian ports during the first two weeks of July.
