South Korea's National Pension Fund Switches to Net Buying in July, Concentrates on SK Hynix

According to Korea Exchange, South Korea's National Pension Fund and other pension funds switched to net buying 68.4 billion won worth of stocks on the Kospi market from July 1-24, defying market concerns of a massive sell-off. The fund had sold shares every month from January through June. SK Hynix was the top buying target, with 425.8 billion won in net purchases, followed by SK Innovation at 224.7 billion won. In contrast, Samsung affiliates led the net selling ranks, with SK Square at 575.7 billion won in net sales, alongside Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Samsung Life Insurance, and Samsung Electronics.
