SK Hynix Raises $26.5 Billion in Nasdaq ADR Listing on July 10

According to Yonhapinfomax, SK Hynix raised $26.5 billion on July 10 by listing American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on Nasdaq at $149 per share. This marked the largest foreign company IPO on record. Investor demand exceeded 7 times the offered shares.

On its first trading day, ADRs opened at $170 and closed at $168.01, up 12.76% from the public offering price. Global capital inflows for the offering totaled approximately $200 billion, with many described as long-term investors.
