Saudi Arabia and Oman Discuss Hormuz Strait Passage Safety on July 27

According to CCTV, Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Faisal and Oman's Foreign Minister Badr discussed regional security and Hormuz Strait passage safety in a phone call on July 27. The two countries emphasized maintaining coordination and advancing diplomatic efforts to preserve regional stability and ensure freedom of navigation through the strait.

Data from maritime services firm Kpler showed that between July 24 and 26, daily cargo vessel traffic through Hormuz Strait remained in single digits.
