According to BlockBeats citing analyst Jukan, Samsung expanded its NAND flash partnership with Nvidia on July 20, adding V9 supply and ramping V10 production while accelerating V11 development beyond the existing DRAM, HBM, and foundry collaboration. Driven by surging AI server KV cache and Nvidia's Rubin CMX storage system demand (comprising 576 SSDs and 9,600TB capacity), Samsung is rapidly shifting V-NAND capacity toward V9 production. Jukan noted that Rubin CMX will absorb NAND supply at a scale roughly equivalent to adding another Apple-sized demand source to the market.
