According to TechCrunch, Parallel Web Systems, an AI startup founded by former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, raised $100 million in a series B led by Sequoia at a $2 billion valuation. The round brings the company’s total funding to $230 million, five months after its $100 million series A. Parallel provides web search and research APIs for AI agents, with customers including Clay, Harvey, Notion, and Opendoor.
