Nous Research Secures $75M Funding at $1.5B Valuation, Led by Robot Ventures

According to Beating, Nous Research is currently finalizing a new funding round at a $1.5 billion valuation, with a minimum raise of $75 million. Robot Ventures leads the round, alongside participants including USV. The deal remains pending and the company declined to comment.

Noireus Research's Hermes Agent, which has garnered approximately 214,000 stars on GitHub, runs continuously on personal computers or cloud servers. The AI agent can search the web, write code, interpret images, and automatically create and improve skills based on user interactions. Proceeds will fund product expansion and commercial services, including a cloud-hosted offering for general users.
