Mirae Asset Cuts Samsung Electronics Target to 370K Won from 550K, SK Hynix to 280K Won, Both Down 33% Today

According to Mirae Asset Securities, on July 29, Samsung Electronics' target share price was cut from 550,000 won to 370,000 won (~33% decrease), while SK Hynix was adjusted from 4.2 million won to 2.8 million won (same percentage). The firm maintained a 'buy' rating on Samsung despite the downgrade.

The cuts were attributed to the rise of Chinese memory manufacturers and weakening NAND flash supply conditions.
