MARA Former France Advisor Sues for €11 Million in Unpaid Commissions on July 22

According to Foresight News citing INBi, François Garcin, an advisor who helped build MARA's French operations, sued MARA Holdings on July 22 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, seeking over €11 million in unpaid compensation. Garcin claims the company failed to pay €2.4 million in advisory fees and approximately €5.92 million in success commissions (4% of EDF subsidiary Exaion's €148 million investment) after terminating his contract on March 6, 2026.
