According to Yonhap Infomax, South Korea's KOSDAQ index fell below 700 points today (July 28), marking its lowest level in approximately 16 months, as a selloff in U.S. semiconductor stocks triggered a circuit breaker halt. The index declined 8.43% to 700.36 points, with institutional investors leading the selling pressure by net selling shares worth 125.2 billion Korean won.
